You have two options:

Drop-off: Bring the djembe to us directly.

Pickup Service: A member of our team can collect it from your location.

Pickup fees range from €10 to €20, depending on your address.

💬 Step 3: Receive your quote
After evaluating your request, we’ll send you a detailed invoice.

Important: Repairs will only begin once the invoice has been paid.

Step 4: Repair timeline
Once payment is received:

The repair process will take three consecutive dry (no rain) days. On the fourth day, your djembe will be ready-fully repaired with a clean, metallic sound.

  1. Remove the rope and take off the broken drum skin.
  2. Clean and polish the wooden shell to restore its shine.
  3. Replace or reinstall the rope, tying the necessary knots.
  4. Prepare a new goat skin, stretch it on the ring, and mount it on the cleaned drum shell.
  5. Allow the skin to dry completely before moving to the next step.
  6. Tighten and weave the rope carefully around the drum.
  7. Final tuning is done to achieve the perfect djembe sound – and it’s ready to play again!
